Between the time frame of October 2023 & February 2024, I joined this production at Strode College. During my time on the production I would assist in making the props and set pieces for the main cast to use.

I started off making smaller props like the fake food and painted larger objects with the first coat, later on in the production process I would spend 5 weeks creating and finishing the mirror pieces.

However it was not just me making props, Emily, Alice, Charli, Jay, Luke, Connor, Tia, Madeline, Andy & Ariel helped a lot. With their help the props turned out amazing and far better than I think some of us initially thought they would.

During the week of the production I would assume the role of assistant stage manager, essentially meaning I was the props guy so with the help of James, Madeline, Jay & Rachel we managed to get the larger props and set pieces on and off stage on time and make a near seamless performance on our end. I was also in charge of a smoke machine that got damaged on the first practice and managed to survive the rest of the production only malfunctioning near the end of the final performance.

The actors on the stage did a phenominal job at bringing this perfromance to life and I'm immensely proud of the final performance we all did and I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to be in this production with.
